The following terms and conditions apply to the CRM Suite Offer:

This offer applies to the purchase of a subscription to the Required Products listed in a CRM Suite Tier (i.e. Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), each of which are purchased on the same Order (each, a “CRM Suite Bundle”). Eligible customers may purchase a CRM Suite Bundle at the applicable prices listed under the tabs named “Bundles” and then “CRM Suite” on  https://hubspot.com/pricing. 

This offer is valid starting on November 1, 2021 and ends on the day when we choose to discontinue the offering, at which point we’ll remove it from https://hubspot.com/pricing or otherwise notify you.  To receive this offer, eligible customers must execute an Order that includes: i) the applicable price, ii) the Required Products, and iii) the required Subscription Term and/or Billing Period if applicable.  We determine your eligibility in our sole discretion and the listed prices will apply only if included in the completed Order. Both new and existing customers are eligible for this offering, provided that existing customers that subscribe to a legacy HubSpot product will be required to upgrade to our then-current product offering to purchase a CRM Suite Bundle.  

In order to provide CRM Suite Bundle pricing we may apply a discount off the then-current list price of the Required Products such that the total price of the Required Products matches the price of the applicable CRM Suite Bundle.  These discounts shall only apply to the Required Products and do not apply to subsequent purchases, upgrades, or to other products or services.

If you choose not to renew one or more of the Required Products included in a CRM Suite Bundle, then pricing for the remaining product(s) will revert to the then-current list price on the HubSpot Product and Services Catalog.  Purchase of on-boarding consulting services at list price may be required.  All fees listed above are for the CRM Suite Bundles only and any fees for additional products or consulting services purchased are not included.  Our Enterprise CRM Suite Bundle can only be purchased with a minimum Subscription Term of one year with an annual Billing Period.  

The CRM Suite Offer is non-transferable, may not be combined with any other special offers, promotions or discounts, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be applied after an Order is already completed.  We might withdraw, amend or cancel this offering at any time.
