HubSpot Consulting Services Descriptions

As stated in our HubSpot Customer Terms of Service (http://legal.hubspot.com/terms-of-service), unless we otherwise agree, Consulting Services are as described on http://legal.hubspot.com/services/hubspot-services-descriptions (or other URL we designate). You can find these descriptions below. We may periodically update this description page. There are some important general terms that relate to all of these descriptions and you can find these in the General Terms section below.

General Terms
General Terms

We may choose to change any personnel assigned to your account or the Consulting Services at any time for any or no reason. Unless otherwise agreed or specified in the applicable description, all Consulting Services are performed remotely. For Consulting Services performed onsite, (i) you will reimburse us our reasonable cost for all expenses incurred in connection with the Consulting Services and (ii) we may update the date and/or location at any time, regardless of whether a date and/or location is specified in your Order. If we update the date and/or location after purchase, we will notify you. Consulting Services are non-cancellable and all fees for Consulting Services are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If there are a specific number of hours included in the Consulting Services purchased, those hours will expire as indicated below, which expiration period will commence upon purchase (the “Expiration Period”).

If there are deliverables included in the Consulting Services purchased, it is estimated that those deliverables will be completed within the time period indicated as the delivery period below, which delivery period will commence upon purchase (the “Delivery Period”). If the Consulting Services provided are not complete at the end of the Delivery Period due to your failure to make the necessary resources available to us or to perform your obligations, such Consulting Services will be deemed to be complete at the end of the Delivery Period. If the Consulting Services provided are not complete at the end of the Delivery Period due to our failure to make the necessary resources available to you or to perform our obligations, the Delivery Period will be extended to allow us to complete such Consulting Services.

Onboarding
Onboarding
Onsite Onboarding

Onsite Onboarding consists of:

  • A remote kick-off call of up to one (1) hour in length to review the scope, roles and responsibilities, and customer obligations,
  • Assistance with the setup and/or implemntation of your HubSpot subscritpion by a Technical Consultant (or equivalent HubSpot export(s) as designated by us) including assistance with the migration of up to 25 emails and 25 landing pages by HubSpot,
  • Our reasonable preparation (including research and material preparation) for the below onsite training,
  • A two (2) day onsite training led by an inbound consultant and a technical consultant. The onsite training will focus on campaign strategy and product training

HubSpot requires a minimum of fifteen (15) business days from purchase prior to onsite training. You and we will agree to the location and date of the onsite training. You will reimburse us our reasonable cost for all expenses incurred in connection with the onsite training. For all locations outside of the United States, additional fees may apply. 

HubSpot’s ability to perform these services depends upon your participation and effort. As such, you will complete a content audit and persona profile for up to three (3) personas as directed by the inbound consultant on the kick-off call. You must also provide a list of on-site training attendees names, titles and email addresses, prior to the kick-off call. 

The two (2) day onsite training is limited to twenty (20) or fewer attendees. If this number is exceeded, additional fees will apply.

Basic Onboarding

Basic Onboarding includes one (1) training session per three (3) month period delivered remotely for assistance with implementation of HubSpot tools and/or methodology. Unused training sessions expire at the end of the relevant three (3) month period and will not carry over.

Basic Onboarding is for current Basic Product customers only.

Professional Onboarding

Professional Onboading consists of assistance with the setup and/or implementation of your HubSpot subscription and with the creation of up to one (1) campaign utilizing the HubSpot tools and methodology. Professional Onboarding is delivered remotely by an Implementation Specialist or equivalent HubSpot expert(s). You and we will agree to the amount of assistance necessary during initial kickoff.

Enterprise Onboarding

Enterprise Onboarding consists of assistance with the setup and/or implementation of your HubSpot subscription and with the creation of up to one (1) campaign utilizing the HubSpot tools and methodology. Enterprise Onboarding is delivered remotely by an Implementation Specialist or equivalent HubSpot expert(s). You and we will agree to the amount of assistance necessary during initial kickoff.

Advanced Onboarding consists of (i) assistance with the setup and/or implementation of your HubSpot subscription by a Technical Consultant, (ii) assistance with the migration of up to 25 emails and 25 landing pages in the Full-Service Marketing Product, and (iii) assistance with the creation of up to one (1) campaign utilizing the HubSpot tools and methodology by a Marketing Consultant or equivalent HubSpot expert(s). Advanced Onboarding is delivered remotely.

Agency Onboarding (formerly, Partner Inbound Success Training)

Agency Onboarding consists of assistance with the implementation of the Subscription Service and methodology, how to deliver and/or sell Inbound Marketing services, and how to grow client retainers. You and we will agree to the topics and amount of assistance necessary during initial kickoff.

Agency Onboarding is for HubSpot Partners only.

Fundamentals Training: Building an Inbound Campaign

Fundamentals Training: Building an Inbound Campaign consists of a two (2) day training course delivered at our headquarters located at 25 First St, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA, unless an alternative location is specified in an applicable Order Form or Statement of Work. Customers will receive assistance during this training course with the implementation of your HubSpot subscription and the inbound methodology.

Unless we reschedule the date or location of the training course purchased, you are only eligible to attend the training course held on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. You may not reschedule your participation in the training course purchased. Your purchase of Fundamentals Training: Building an Inbound Campaign is non-cancelable and all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation.

Delivery Period and/or Expiration Period will be as stated in the applicable Order Form or Statement of Work.

Lead Management and Automation Training Course

The Lead Management and Automation Training Course will consist of a one (1) day training course delivered by the HubSpot Customer Training Team on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. During this training course, we will provide you with training on how you can implement the Subscription Service’s marketing automation tools.

Unless we reschedule the date or location of the training course purchased, you are only eligible to attend the training course held on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. You may not reschedule your participation in the training course purchased. Your purchase of the Lead Management and Automation Training Course is non-cancelable and all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation.

Delivery Period: Date of purchase through the training course date specified in the relevant Order.

Creating Effective Inbound Content Training Course

The Creating Effective Inbound Content Training Course will consist of a one (1) day training course delivered by the HubSpot Customer Training Team on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. During this training course, we will provide you with assistance with the strategy, brainstorming and development of premium content offers and blog content utilizing the Subscription Services tools. For clarity, this assistance will not include the creation by us of any premium content offers, blog content, or any other type of content for you.

Unless we reschedule the date or location of the training course purchased, you are only eligible to attend the training course held on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. You may not reschedule your participation in the training course purchased. Your purchase of the Creating Effective Inbound Content Course is non-cancelable and all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation.

Delivery Period: Date of purchase through the training course date specified in the relevant Order.

The Sales and Marketing Alignment Training Course will consist of a one (1) day training course delivered by the HubSpot Customer Training Team on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. Unless we reschedule the date or location of the training course purchased, you are only eligible to attend the training course held on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. Your purchase of the Sales and Marketing Alignment Training Course is non-cancelable and all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation.

Optimizing your Sales with HubSpot CRM Training Course

The Optimizing your Sales with HubSpot CRM Training Course will consist of a one (1) day training course delivered by the HubSpot Customer Training Team on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. During this training course, we will provide you with assistance with the HubSpot CRM and Sales Pro tools in an effort to teach you how to accurately and effectively nurture your contacts from leads to customers.

Unless we reschedule the date or location of the training course purchased, you are only eligible to attend the training course held on the date and at the location specified in the applicable Order. You may not reschedule your participation in the training course purchased. Your purchase of the Optimizing your Sales with HubSpot CRM Training Course is non-cancelable and all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation.

Delivery Period: Date of purchase through the training course date specified in the relevant Order.

Custom Classroom Training Course

Custom Classroom Training Course will be as described in the applicable Order Form or Statement of Work and will consist of a training session delivered by representatives from the HubSpot Customer Training Team. The anticipated date and location of the training session may be identified in an Order but we may update this date and/or location pursuant to the 'General Terms' above. We will provide you with the address of the location of the training session after purchase.

You may not reschedule the training session purchased and may not attend a replacement training session, even if you do not attend the training session purchased. Custom Classroom Training Course is non-cancelable by you and all fees are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation. Custom Classroom Training Course is considered "Consulting Services" under the Agreement.

Delivery Period and/or Expiration Period will be from the date purchased through the conclusion of the training session purchased.

HubSpot CRM Migration and Setup consists of (i) assistance with data import to the HubSpot CRM by a Technical Consultant (or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) as designated by us), (ii) guidance on using HubSpot’s APIs as related to the CRM product, and (iii) training with an Inbound Consultant (or equivalent HubSpot expert as designated by us) to assist you with product training, team adoption, process planning and/or best practices with the HubSpot CRM subscription. HubSpot CRM Migration and Setup is delivered remotely.

CRM & Sales Starter Kit consists of one (1) discovery session and up to three (3) additional scheduled sessions with an Inbound Sales Consultant or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) to assist with product training, team adoption, process planning and/or best practices with your HubSpot CRM and Sales Pro subscription. This service is delivered remotely unless the parties otherwise agree in an applicable Order.

Agency Pipeline Generation Bootcamp Plus

The Agency Pipeline Generation Bootcamp Plus consists of up to eight (8) hours of training delivered remotely and two (2) days of training delivered on-site at a HubSpot office or other location designated by us. The training aims to provide education on how you may generate sales opportunities for your agency. After purchase, we will determine times, dates and location(s) for the associated training sessions and will notify you of the schedule. Agency Pipeline Generation Bootcamp Plus is a group training, so other companies may participate in the same session as you.

You are responsible for all costs associated with your participation. You may not reschedule your participation and if you do not attend a training session, you are not entitled to a replacement session. Email Template Rebuild

Email Template Rebuild consists of the conversion of one (1) email template provided by you into a substantially similar editable HubSpot email template. The template provided by you must be based on a design that you provide in the form of a PSD file, or zip file containing HTML/CSS/JS assets. You represent that you have sufficient rights to provide such template to us. You agree that the final HubSpot email template may not exactly replicate your original email template.

Designated Technical Support

Designated Technical Support consists of:

  • Access to a designated support representative (up to five (5) hours per calender month; hours do not roll over from month to month) for general technical support questions related to your HubSpot subscription,
  • Ability to schedule discussions regarding your implementation and/or your HubSpot subscription
  • Guided configuration of HubSpot-supported integrations and APIs
  • Root cause communication following bug ticket closure and/or critical issues

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Designated Technical Support is purchased or one (1) year.

Integration Support

Integration Support consists of access to a Technical Consultant (or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) as designated by us) who, on your request during the Delivery Period, will provide: (i) up to one (1) discovery session related to your integration to enable the consultant to better understand your business and needs, and (ii) support via email for any questions related to your integration during the Delivery Period, not to exceed five (5) hours of time. Integration Support is delivered remotely.

Full Migration

Full Migration includes (i) a template set-up of your existing website, (ii) making available to you the standard template layouts and other templates that we determine to be necessary to complete the migration, and (iii) migration of website pages from your existing website platform to HubSpot’s software as further described below.

We will assist with the migration of up to sixty (60) website pages at no cost to you. Migration of additional pages will be charged at our then-current list price. While we aim to have migrated website pages consistent with the original website pages, migrated website pages may not be exact replicas of the original pages and may deviate in style or format. Limitations apply to the types of website pages we can migrate and we do not guarantee that we can migrate every website page requested.

To receive this service, you must execute an Order that includes this service and have an active subscription to HubSpot’s Website software.

Tech Service: Template Setup

Tech Service: Template Setup is a service available to Full-Service Marketing Product customers only and includes our assistance with the set-up of one set of website, landing page and blog templates in your HubSpot portal in accordance with our then-current delivery model.

We will deliver this service upon your request after purchase and before the conclusion of the Delivery Period indicated below, so long as you meet the criteria described in the remainder of this paragraph. To receive this service, you must: (i) execute an Order that includes this service, and (ii) provide all required information and requested approvals. In addition, to receive this service, your website must be live and publicly accessible using a standard browser.

This service does not include set-up of purchased templates or content that is not yours or part of your live website. While we aim to have the set-up template consistent with the design of your website, the templates we set up may deviate in style or format from your website.

Delivery Period: 90 days from purchase

Tech Service: First-Time Template Setup is a service available to new Full-Service Marketing Product customers only and includes our assistance with the set-up of one set of website, landing page and blog templates in your HubSpot portal in accordance with our then-current delivery model

We will deliver this service upon your request after purchase, so long as you meet the criteria described in the remainder of this paragraph. To receive this service, you must: (i) execute an Order that includes this service, along with one of our standard on-boarding services (unless we otherwise agree), and (ii) provide all required information and requested approvals. In addition, to receive this service, your website must be live and publicly accessible using a standard browser.

This service does not include set-up of purchased templates or content that is not yours or part of your live website. While we aim to have the set-up template consistent with the design of your website, the templates we set up may deviate in style or format from your website.

Delivery Period: Until the end of the Subscription Term that applies to your Full-Service Marketing Product subscription.

Priority Access

Priority Access consists of:

  • Up to one (1) 1-hour long consulting session with an Inbound Consultant per month. Sessions will be delivered remotely. Unused time will expire at the end of each month and will not carry over.
  • A usage and strategy review, or equivalent deliverable agreed upon by the customer and consultant, delivered up to 4 times over the annual subscription period, but no more frequently than every 3 months. 

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Priority Access is purchased or one (1) year

Ongoing Consulting Access

Ongoing Consulting consists of:

  • A usage and strategy review, or equivalent deliverable agreed upon by the customer and consultant, delivered up to 4 times over the annual subscription period, but no more frequently than every 3 months.
  • Remote access to an Inbound Consultant or Technical Consultant (or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) as designated by us) for up to five (5) hours per calendar month to provide guidance around your inbound strategy or technical infrastructure and general questions related to your HubSpot subscription; hours expire at the end of each month and will not carry over.

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Ongoing Consulting Access is purchased or one (1) year

Premium Access

Premium Access consists of:

  • A usage and strategy review, or equivalent deliverable agreed upon by the customer and consultant, delivered up to 4 times over the annual subscription period, but no more frequently than every 3 months.
  • Access to an Inbound Consultant (up to five (5) hours per calendar month; hours expire at the end of each month and will not carry over) for guidance around your inbound strategy and general questions related to your HubSpot subscription.
  • Access to a Designated Support Engineer (up to five (5) hours per calendar month; hours expire at the end of each month and will not carry over) for general technical support questions related to your HubSpot subscription
  • Ability to schedule discussions regarding your implementation and/or your HubSpot subscription
  • Guided configuration of HubSpot-supported integrations and APIs
  • Root cause communication following bug ticket closure and/or critical issues

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Premium Access is purchased or one (1) year.
