HubSpot Services Descriptions (Archive)

As stated in our HubSpot Customer Terms of Service (http://legal.hubspot.com/terms-of-service), unless we otherwise agree, the Consulting Services we provide are described at https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog (or other URL we designate). You can find these descriptions below. We may periodically update this description page. There are some important general terms that relate to all of these descriptions and you can find these in the General Terms section below.

General Terms

We may choose to change the personnel assigned to your account at any time for any or no reason. Unless otherwise agreed, all Consulting Services are performed remotely. For Consulting Services performed onsite, you will reimburse us our reasonable cost for all expenses incurred in connection with the Consulting Services. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If there are a specific number of hours included in the Consulting Services purchased, those hours will expire as indicated below, which expiration period will commence upon purchase (the “Expiration Period”).

If there are deliverables included in the Consulting Services purchased, it is estimated that those deliverables will be completed within the time period indicated as the delivery period below, which delivery period will commence upon purchase (the “Delivery Period”). If the Consulting Services provided are not complete at the end of the Delivery Period due to your failure to make the necessary resources available to us or to perform your obligations, such Consulting Services will be deemed to be complete at the end of the Delivery Period due to our failure to make the necessary resources available to you or to perform our obligations, the Delivery Period will be extended to allow us to complete such Consulting Services.

 

Basic Inbound Success Training

Basic Inbound Success Training includes one (1) training session per three (3) month period delivered remotely for assistance with implementation of HubSpot tools and/or methodology. Unused training sessions expire at the end of the relevant three (3) month period and will not carry over.

Basic Inbound Success Training is for current Basic Product customers only.

Delivery Period: 365 days from purchase

Inbound Success Training consists of up to six (6) hours of assistance with implementation of the HubSpot tools delivered remotely.

Basic Designated Account Services includes one (1) training session per quarter delivered remotely for assistance with implementation of HubSpot tools and/or methodology as needed on a quarterly basis.

The Executive Summit consists of a two (2) day workshop delivered at HubSpot's headquarters located at 25 First St, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA. Customers will learn how HubSpot developed its own marketing & sales strategy. This is an executive level workshop that will be taught by up to four (4) HubSpot executives.

Inbound Success: Content Advantage 

For each month that you purchase the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services, we will provide up to one (1) "Inbound Campaign" per month. An "Inbound Campaign" can be: (a) a blog post campaign; or (b) a new offer campaign.

HubSpot will choose which Inbound Campaign to provide each month. If the Inbound Campaign involves written content (like, a blog), HubSpot will provide the written content and post the content for you. You will need to post the call-to-action for new offer campaigns. If HubSpot does not host your website, you will also need to post any content on your website. HubSpot does not provide revisions to the written content, so if you do not prefer to feature the content, you may remove the posting.

You need to have a HubSpot subscription to receive the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services. You will provide us with access to your HubSpot subscription in order for us to provide the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services to you. Our delivery of the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services is contingent on your provision of these requirements. HubSpot may provide some of or all of the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services through third party service providers.

Inbound Success: Non-Profit Advantage

For each month that you purchase the Inbound Success: Non-Profit Advantage services, we will provide up to one (1) "Inbound Campaign" per month. An "Inbound Campaign" can be: (a) a blog post campaign; or (b) a new offer campaign.

Our delivery of the Inbound Success: Non-Profit Advantage services is contingent on your provision of these requirements. We may provide some of or all of the Inbound Success: Non-Profit Advantage services through third party service providers.

  • Access to a Technical Consultant (up to five (5) hours per calendar month) for guidance around technical solution design and integrations and technical questions related to your HubSpot subscription.
  • Guided configuration of HubSpot-supported integrations and consultation regarding HubSpot's APIs
  • Root cause communication following bug ticket closure and/or critical issues

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Platinum Access is purchased or three (3) months.

Priority Access consists of:

  4. While subscribed to Priority Access, HubSpot will provide you with assistance with up to one (1) campaign for your then-current Subscription Term, but in no event more than once per twelve (12) month period from the date of purchase of Priority Access. This assistance will be delivered remotely.

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Priority Access is purchased or one (1) year

While subscribed to Designated Technical Support, HubSpot will provide you with assistance with up to one (1) campaign for your then-current Subscription Term, but in no event more than once per twelve (12) month period from the date of purchase of Designated Technical Support. This assistance will be delivered remotely.
  5. Access to a designated support representative for general technical support questions related to your HubSpot subscription,
  6. Ability to schedule discussions with a designated support representative regarding your implementation and/or your HubSpot subscription
  7. Guided configuration of HubSpot-supported integrations and APIs
  8. Root cause communication following bug ticket closure and/or critical issues
  9. While subscribed to Designated Technical Support, up to one (1) account review for every three (3) consecutive months purchased delivered remotely. Account review may include product updates and/or recommended best practices and use cases.

  9. Access to a customer success manager for general questions related to your HubSpot subscription
  10. While subscribed to Platinum Success Service, assistance with up to three (3) additional campaigns or equivalent inbound trainings and/or project sessions for every consecutive three (3) months purchased, delivered remotely.
  11. Access to a technical consultant for up to twelve (12) hours for every three (3) months purchased, delivered remotely. Unused hours expire at the end of the relevant three (3) month period and will not carry over.

HubSpot CRM Training consists of one (1) discovery session and up to three (3) additional scheduled sessions with an Inbound Sales Consultant or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) to assist you with product training, team training, process planning and/or best practices with the HubSpot CRM subscription.  HubSpot CRM Training is delivered remotely unless the parties agree otherwise in an applicable Order Form or Statement of Work.

Jumpstart Onboarding consists of access to a Jumpstart Onboarding Plan as well as assistance with account questions and use of HubSpot Academy and other HubSpot resources. Jumpstart Onboarding is only available to customers who are a part of the Jumpstart Program.

HubSpot Sales Setup

HubSpot Sales Setup consists of access to an Inbound Sales Consultant or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) who, on your request during the Delivery Period, will provide: (i) up to one (1) discovery session, (ii) up to one (1) team product demonstration, (iii) installation and product training support for up to ten (10) Users, and/or (iv) setup of up to five (5) templates for the HubSpot Sales tools. HubSpot Sales Setup is delivered remotely unless the parties agree otherwise in an applicable Order Form or Statement of Work.

Reporting Add-On Training

Reporting Add-On Training consists of up to one and one half (1.5) hours with an Inbound Sales Consultant (ISC) or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) to assist you with product training and/or best practices with the Reporting Add-on. To receive this service, you must have an active subscription to the Reporting-Add on. This training is delivered remotely unless the parties agree otherwise in an applicable Order Form or Statement of Work.

Sales Pro User Setup

Sales Pro User Setup consists of one (1) session, up to thirty (30) minutes in length, with an Inbound Sales Consultant (ISC) or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) to assist one (1) User with one (1) or more of the following: guided installation of HubSpot Sales Pro for that User’s email inbox; setup of up 2-3 HubSpot Sales tools such as Templates, Sequences, Meetings, Documents and/or Calling; and/or demonstration of tool best practices and use cases to match your goals. Please note that available tools may vary based on your CRM system and email client. To receive this service, you must have an active subscription to the HubSpot Sales Pro tool. This training is delivered remotely unless the parties agree otherwise in an applicable Order Form or Statement of Work.

Advanced Onboarding consists of (i) assistance with the setup and/or implementation of your HubSpot subscription by a Technical Consultant, (ii) assistance with the rebuilding of up to one (1) email template in HubSpot by a Technical Consultant, and (iii) assistance with the creation of up to one (1) campaign utilizing the HubSpot tools and methodology by a Marketing Consultant or equivalent HubSpot expert(s). Advanced Onboarding is delivered remotely. You and we will agree to the amount of assistance necessary during initial kickoff.

Delivery Period: 90 days from purchase

Inbound Success: 1 Day includes a one (1) day training and/or strategy session delivered onsite or remotely (as you and we agree).

Onsite Onboarding

Onsite Onboarding includes:

  • A remote kick-off call of up to one (1) hour in length to review the scope, roles and responsibilities, and customer obligations,
  • Necessary assistance as determined by us with general technical set-up guidance consisting of: javascript installation, initial contact import, development of one (1) email template based on an existing design, guidance on CRM integration, and training for technical team,
  • Our reasonable preparation (including research and material preparation) for the below onsite training,
  • A two (2) day onsite training led by a marketing consultant and a technical consultant. The onsite training will focus on campaign strategy and product training
  • Assistance with up to one (1) campaign plan utilizing the HubSpot tools and methodology
  • Post onsite training, up to four (4) hours of remote consulting with a technical consultant to provide further assistance with: javascript installation, initial contact import, development of one (1) email template based on an existing design, guidance on CRM integration, and training for technical team

You and we will agree to the location and date of the onsite training. You must provide a list of on-site training attendees names, titles and email addresses, prior to the kick-off call.

HubSpot requires a minimum of fifteen (15) business days from purchase prior to onsite training.

HubSpot’s ability to perform these services depends upon your participation and effort. As such, you will complete a content audit and persona profile for up to three (3) personas as directed by the marketing consultant on the kick-off call.

For all locations outside of the United States, additional fees may apply. You will reimburse us our reasonable cost for all expenses incurred in connection with the onsite training.

The two (2) day onsite training is limited to ten (10) or fewer attendees. If this number is exceeded, additional fees will apply.

  • Remote access to an Inbound Consultant or Technical Consultant (or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) as designated by us) for up to five (5) hours per calendar month to provide guidance around your inbound strategy or technical infrastructure and general questions related to your HubSpot subscription; hours do not roll over from month to month.

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Ongoing Consulting Access is purchased or one (1) year

Premium Access consists of:

  • Delivery of a report on potential marketing opportunities once per quarter.

  • Access to a designated support representative (up to five (5) hours per calendar month; hours do not roll over from month to month) for general technical support questions related to your HubSpot subscription
  • Ability to schedule discussions regarding your implemtation and/or your HubSpot subscription
  • Guided configuration of HubSpot-supported integrations and APIs
  • Root cause communication following bug ticket closure and/or critical issues

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Premium Access is purchased or one (1) year.

Custom Classroom Training Course

Custom Classroom Training Course will be as described in the applicable Order Form or Statement of Work and will consist of a training session delivered by representatives from the HubSpot Customer Training Team. The anticipated date and location of the training session may be identified in an Order but we may update this date and/or location pursuant to the 'General Terms' above. We will provide you with the address of the location of the training session after purchase.

You may not reschedule the training session purchased and may not attend a replacement training session, even if you do not attend the training session purchased. Custom Classroom Training Course is non-cancelable by you and all fees are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation. Custom Classroom Training Course is considered "Consulting Services" under the Agreement.

Delivery Period and/or Expiration Period will be from the date purchased through the conclusion of the training session purchased.

HubSpot CRM Migration and Setup consists of (i) assistance with data import to the HubSpot CRM by a Technical Consultant (or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) as designated by us), (ii) guidance on using HubSpot’s APIs as related to the CRM product, and (iii) training with an Inbound Consultant (or equivalent HubSpot expert as designated by us) to assist you with product training, team adoption, process planning and/or best practices with the HubSpot CRM subscription. HubSpot CRM Migration and Setup is delivered remotely.

The Lead Management and Automation Training Course will consist of a one (1) day training course delivered by the HubSpot customer training team on the date and at the location specified in the applicable order. During this training course, we will provide you with training on how you can implement the subscription service’s marketing automation tools.

Unless we reschedule the date or location of the training course purchased, you are only eligible to attend the training course held on the date and at the location specified in the applicable order. You may not reschedule your participation in the training course purchased. Your purchase of the Lead Management and Automation Training Course is non-cancelable and all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of your actual attendance or participation.

Delivery Period: Date of purchase through the training course date specified in the relevant order.

Creating Effective Inbound Content Training Course

The Creating Effective Inbound Content Training Course will consist of a one (1) day training course delivered by the HubSpot customer training team on the date and at the location specified in the applicable order. During this training course, we will provide you with assistance with the strategy, brainstorming, and development of premium content offers and blog content utilizing the subscription service’s tools. For clarity, this assistance will not include the creation by us of any premium content offers, blog content, or any other type of content for you.

Unless we reschedule the date or location of the training course purchased, you are only eligible to attend the training course held on the date and at the location specified in the applicable order. You may not reschedule your participation in the training course purchased. HubSpot CRM Training consists of one (1) discovery session and up to three (3) additional scheduled sessions with an inbound sales consultant or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) to assist you with product training, team adoption, process planning and/or best practices with the HubSpot CRM Free subscription. HubSpot CRM Training is delivered remotely unless the parties agree otherwise in an applicable order form or statement of work.

Designated Technical Support

Designated Technical Support consists of:

  • Access to a designated support representative (up to five (5) hours per calendar month; hours do not roll over from month to month) for general technical support questions related to your HubSpot subscription
  • Ability to schedule discussions regarding your implementation and/or your HubSpot subscription
  • Guided configuration of HubSpot-supported integrations and APIs
  • Root cause communication following bug ticket closure and/or critical issues

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Designated Technical Support is purchased or one (1) year.

Integration Support

Integration Support consists of access to a technical consultant (or equivalent HubSpot expert(s) as designated by us) who, on your request during the delivery period, will provide: (i) up to one (1) discovery session related to your integration to enable the consultant to better understand your business and needs, and (ii) support via email for any questions related to your integration during the delivery period, not to exceed five (5) hours of time. Integration Support is delivered remotely.
