a. Customer Contracting.
(i) Current customers, with an existing Agreement and located in India, will not change contracting entities.
(ii) New customers in India will contract with HubSpot Asia Pte. Ltd under the Asia-Pacific - Jurisdiction Specific Terms and as reflected in the Jurisdiction Specific Terms; your Agreement will not change contracting entities automatically.
(ii) When local contracting with HubSpot is available in India, these India - Jurisdiction Specific Terms will apply, subject to any conditions that may be included at that time.
b. Updates to these India - Jurisdiction Specific Terms.
(i) Because current customers will not change contracting entities or jurisdiction terms at the time these India - Jurisdiction Specific Terms are made available for local contracting, we may update this page without providing notice to current customers.
