Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the providers and services in the HubSpot Directory. We have review guidelines in place to aim to ensure the most valuable, transparent Directory information as possible, in order to provide great matches between our providers and you!
HubSpot Review Guidelines
1. Be Relevant and Helpful
The HubSpot Directory is designed to provide a place for users to seek out solutions and receive help from providers that offer products or services. Please keep your reviews constructive and relevant to the product and service you actually used. You may only leave one review per app or solutions partner, unless a later review reflects a good faith change based on new circumstances.
2. Share the love.
Help make the HubSpot Directory a richer place by sharing your experience of working with a HubSpot solutions partner, downloading an asset or installing an app. You may have an experience similar to what other users are looking for, so delight them by adding your insight as a customer review. Please be considerate when writing your review, as personal insults, personal grievances and harassment have no place in the Directory reviews. Don't post content that is libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inflammatory. For example, don't use obscenities or profanity, and don't express hatred or intolerance for people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender or gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability, including by promoting organizations with such views.
3. Promotional and Commercial Guidance
In order to preserve the trust and integrity of our reviews:
4. Be responsible.
5. Protect everyone’s privacy.
Don’t share personal information about yourself, your business or others that is not meant to be made publically available. Do not post personal information that you received in one-to-one communications and private messages without the other party’s consent
6. Keep different perspectives in mind.
You’ll find plenty of advice, insight and commentary here, but remember that you and your company’s situation may vary from that of another. Apply the same good judgment here that you would apply to information anywhere on the Internet.
7. Flagging inappropriate content for review
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with fellow Directory users to ensure the most valuable, transparent Directory experience as possible!
