The following terms and conditions apply to this offering:

This discount offer applies to the purchase of a subscription to Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, each of which are the same edition (i.e., all Starter, all Professional or all Enterprise), and purchased in the same Order (each, a “Growth Suite Bundle”). Eligible customers may purchase a Growth Suite Bundle at a 25% discount off the then-current list price for the applicable Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub edition.  If included in the initial Growth Suite Bundle Order, the following products may also be purchased by eligible customers at a 25% discount off the then-current list price: Additional Contacts, Additional Sales Hub Users, Additional Service Hub Users, each of which must correspond to the base product edition, and our Add-on products.

This discount offer is valid starting on September 5, 2018 and ends on the day when we choose to discontinue the offering, at which point we’ll remove it from https://hubspot.com/pricing or otherwise notify you.  To receive these discounts, eligible customers must request the discounts and execute an Order prepared by a member of HubSpot sales that reflects the discount.  We determine your eligibility in our sole discretion and the discounts will apply only if included in the completed Order. Both new and existing customers are eligible for this offering, provided that existing customers that subscribe to a legacy HubSpot product will be required to upgrade to our then-current product offering to purchase a Growth Suite Bundle.

The discount applies only to the products indicated as included as specified in these terms and included in the applicable Order.  The discount does not apply to subsequent purchases, upgrades, or to other products or services. If you choose not to renew one or more of the products included in the Growth Suite Bundle, then the discount will no longer apply to the remaining product(s).  Purchase of on-boarding consulting services at list price may be required. For our Enterprise edition Growth Suite Bundle, a minimum Subscription Term of one year with an annual Billing Period is required.

These discounts are non-transferable, may not be combined with any other special offers, promotions or discounts, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be applied after an Order is already completed.  We might withdraw, amend or cancel this offering at any time.
