HubSpot Apps for Agency Services Program

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Apps for Agency Services Program (“Program”). This Program provides HubSpot’s Agency Partners with an option to receive promotional pricing on our Connect Partner’s products and/or services, and allows our Connect Partners to take advantage of the Agency Partners’ sales channels.
This is an optional program available to certain HubSpot Agency & Connect Partners. For terms and conditions that otherwise apply to your participation in the Connect Program, see the HubSpot Connect Partner Agreement available at http://legal.hubspot.com/connect-partner-agreement or the HubSpot Agency Partner Agreement available at https://legal.hubspot.com/agency-partner-program-agreement. Terms not otherwise defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Agreement applicable to You.
HubSpot is not a party to any agreement between our Connect Partners and Agency Partners. HubSpot is acting only as an intermediary to connect our Partners, and has no liability or legal responsibility for any relationship or any agreement entered into between an Agency Partner and Connect Partner as part of this Program.
By participating in this Program you agree to adhere to the guidelines HubSpot has made available on the landing page at: https://www.hubspot.com/integrations/apps-for-agency-services-program . These guidelines may change at any time, at HubSpot’s sole discretion.
Your participation in this Program is solely at the discretion of HubSpot, and we may remove, suspend, or impose other obligations (in writing) on you at any time. HubSpot may update these terms at any time with or without notice. Further, we reserve the right to terminate this Program at any time.
You will indemnify, defend and hold us harmless, at your expense, against any claim, suit, action, or proceeding brought against us (and our officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers, licensors, and affiliates) arising out your participation in the Program.
HUBSPOT MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WITH RESPECT TO THIS PROGRAM.
IN NO EVENT WE HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM OR RELATED TO YOUR INTERACTION OR RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY OTHER PARTIES, INCLUDING CONNECT AND/OR AGENCY PARTNERS.
