Pricing
Marketing Hub pricing starts at a base price for each edition (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) and varies based on the number and type of contacts in your database. New customers as of 10/21/20 will automatically have access to Marketing Hub - Marketing Contacts pricing as part of their subscription. Pre-existing customers may still have access to legacy contacts pricing until they migrate to the new Marketing Hub - Marketing Contacts pricing.
Types of Contacts:
You can designate contacts as marketing contacts at any time, and your changes will take effect immediately. You can also designate contacts as non-marketing contacts at any time. However, those changes will take effect only at the start of the following month or your contract renewal date — whichever comes first — and your contact tier pricing cannot be downgraded until your contract renewal date. If you exceed your marketing contacts tier at any time, you will be billed immediately. The fee for marketing contacts is a blended rate based on the number of contacts purchased and the applicable rates.

Tech Service: First-Time Template Setup is a service available to new full-service Marketing (Professional or Enterprise products only) ("Eligible Services") customers and includes our assistance with the set-up of one set of website, landing page, and blog templates in your HubSpot portal in accordance with our then-current delivery model.
We will deliver this service upon your request after purchase of Eligible Services, so long as you meet the criteria described in the remainder of this paragraph. To receive this service, you must: (i) execute an order that includes First-Time Template Setup, (unless we otherwise agree), (ii) you must not have received First-Time Template Setup previously, including by purchasing another migrations service, (unless we otherwise agree), (iii) request the service during the subscription term of the Eligible Services, (iv) provide all required information and requested approvals, and (v) in order to receive this service, your website must be live and publicly accessible using a standard browser.
