Data Privacy Resources

We know EU data privacy can feel like a daunting issue.

That's why we've compiled resources for customers that walk through exactly how we're handling EU privacy laws, data security practices, and changes to the legal and technological landscape.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

HubSpot is aware of the passage of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) however, the deadline for compliance with its terms is not until May 2018. During the implementation period, we are evaluating any additional requirements or restrictions imposed by the GDPR and will take any action necessary to ensure that we handle customer data in compliance with applicable law by the 2018 deadline.

To learn more about the GDPR and our commitment to comply with the Regulation by the May 2018 deadline, please visit our dedicated GDPR webpage here.

Privacy Shield Program

HubSpot’s certification under the new EU-US Privacy Shield framework, a program for the transfer of data from the EU to the US, has now been confirmed by the US Department of Commerce. See our official listing here.
